Yes we do!

Q.When do you deliver and pickup the rentals?
A.
We deliver the day before the event and we pickup the day after. Delivery and pickup times will vary depending on volume. We send you a text message when we are on our way to deliver or pickup. 
Q.What payments do you take?
A.
We accept credit cards payments, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.
Please check out our policies page for details.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Q.Do you have a showroom?
A.
We currently do not have a showroom, but if you want to see our products in person, please email us at hello@woodenchangeathing.com and we will make arrangements.
Q.Can Wooden Change a Thing refer an event planner?
A.
Yes, we can! We work with Event Planners and we can share their information with you.
Q.How far in advance should I place my order?
A.
We are on a first come, first serve basis. We always advise to secure the booking as early as possible.
